This year Elfs dinner ride theme is Mama's Home Cooking. We will enjoy a 50 mile ride up past the Wisconsin border and back down to Richmond Illinois where we will enjoy some homemade dinner classics at Tim and Jan's Doyle's family owned restaurant appropriately named Doyle's Pub. I spoke with Jeanne Doyle the owner who has put together a limited menu of her classic homemade dishes including Pot roast dinner, Roast Turkey Dinner and their classic Irish Reuben.
